Extract only the pages you need

Create a smaller document with a chapter, a receipt or a selected set of pages.

Write a page selection

In Split PDF, choose one PDF and enter 2-4,7 to produce one output containing pages two, three, four and seven in that order. The numbers refer to physical pages in the file, not printed labels such as iv or 12. A document with a cover may have different printed numbering.

Create more than one output

Separate selections with a semicolon. For a ten-page document, 1-3;4-8;9-10 creates three separate PDF cards. Each has its own preview, page count, file size and download link. Repeated pages within one selection and out-of-range page numbers are rejected.

Review sensitive selections

Check every output before sending it. Page extraction is not a method for redacting hidden information or guaranteeing that document metadata is removed. If a recipient must not see private information, use a proper redaction workflow and inspect the final file in an appropriate PDF application.
