Merge PDFs in the right order

Build one document from several PDFs without mixing up their pages.

Start with the order you want

Imagine a cover, a two-page report and a three-page appendix. Select all three PDFs in Merge PDF. The files appear in a list; move the cover to the top and the appendix to the bottom using the arrow buttons. Pages within each input stay in their original order.

Check before and after merging

Create the PDF and inspect the first page, the boundary between files and the last page in the result preview. This example should produce six pages. Download the output and open it in your usual PDF reader before sharing it. The original files stay unchanged on your device.

Know what merging changes

Different paper sizes are preserved rather than forced into one size. Interactive forms, bookmarks and signatures can be affected when pages are copied to a new document. For a signed record or a form that must remain interactive, use a dedicated application and verify its behavior.
